Property details vs. Skin, who wins?

Hello, I have a skin.ini entry that defines playlist row color.  I notice that if a particular file is assigned a color in the property dialog, the row color still remains the color specified in the skin.ini entry.  Am I correct that given a conflict between the properties dialog and skin.ini entry, the skin.ini entry wins?

There is actually a setting for that. Have a look at the playlist GUI options.
